Nai Nai Beauty are a local company based in Ipswich, Suffolk. Hannah is the owner of the company who loves to make her clients feel special & relaxed. Her friendly & bubbly nature makes anyone feel at ease straight away. Hannah uses Body Shop products & carefully consults with the client to find the perfect set of products to use during their treatments suit their needs and requirements. Hannah writes some lovely thoughts and shares the background to her company
“Beauty therapy has always been a hobby for me and something I enjoyed practicing alongside my full-time job; then, Covid kicked in and Life really took its toll so last year I made a promise to myself that I would prioritise selfcare, before I imploded (slightly dramatic word choice but it felt like that)! As part of my selfcare, I chose to have regular facials and body massage treatments to help aid relaxation, which in turn gave me perspective and the ability to deal with stress a little better.
It’s a very uncertain time we live in and navigating life is more challenging than ever so mental health has been my driving force in making this a bit more than just a hobby – I still work my full-time job but on a Saturday and Sunday morning I offer reasonably priced treatments from my home (in Ipswich) where I’ve created a professional, calm and relaxed setting to ensure client satisfaction. Luxury Pamper Package Terms & Conditions
Yes, it seems like we’re turned a little more serious, but we want to ensure our customers have all the information they need when making a purchase. Our customers’ feedback is very important to us. As mentioned, Creatively Great have teamed up with Nai Nai Beauty who offer wonderful beauty treatments and therefore the Luxury Pamper Package comes with the following terms:
Nai Nai Beauty operates in Ipswich, Chantry (IP2 0TF) and therefore the Luxury Pamper Package is valid for customers who live in the surrounding areas of the business location. Customers who order this gift & are not local will unfortunately have their order cancelled and refund given within 28 days. Please contact the Creatively Great team in this instance.
The gift voucher entitles one client to a 60 minute prescription facial. Nai Nai Beauty operate a booking system with the company owner; Hannah. The client must contact Hannah to arrange a date and time for the treatment. This voucher must be used within 12 months. Nai Nai Beauty are open at weekends only. The treatment can not be altered.
If the treatment needs to be cancelled or rescheduled, please contact Hannah as soon as possible to rearrange.

What are the Wax Melts made of?
Our wax melt range is made from soy wax, vegan friendly oils & mica powder dye. The melts are highly scented to give a wonderful aroma throughout your room. With a wide variety of scents to choose from, be sure to check out our full range to pick your favourite.

How do you make the Wax Melts?
All of our wax melts are crafted to order by hand with both love and care. Items may vary slightly in appearance due to the handmade nature but quality will always remain.
Please note our wax melt colours/creations will be changing all the time and some bars will have glitter, others plain. Colours may vary to those shown in original images. Let us know if you would like something specific and we can work together to accommodate changes & ideas.
How do you use at home?
Instructions
- Remove the wax melt from all packaging.
- Place your wax melts in the well of your oil burner.
- Light an unscented tea light and place inside the burner.
- You can reuse your wax melt until the scent has faded.
- Once faded, allow the wax to cool before removing. Do not pour melted wax down the drain.
- Dispose with household waste.
Cautions
- Never leave a burning oil burner unattended.
- Place your oil burner in a stable position away from draughts and flammable objects.
- Do not leave your oil burner on for extended periods of time.
- Keep out of reach of children and pets.
- Never add water.
